We had a great stay in a very clean and cozy hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and spoke great English. They offered private and secured parking, which was very convenient for us since we had a car. the rooms were excellently equipped.
We found that there was no air-conditioning or fans in the room, which was quite uncomfortable during the day when it was super hot. We wished that there had been some form of temperature control.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and their superb knowledge of the English language made communication very easy. we were impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and its well-appointed facilities. The parking lot was private and protected, made us feel secure. the hotel's location was very convenient since it was easily accessible from the motorway and close to several transportation links. Breakfast was delicious and there was a great variety of options.

We had a romantic escape and our experience was wonderful. the location was perfect as it was secluded but still accessible. the staff were very friendly and offered excellent customer service, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. the cleanliness of the room was impeccable and the room size was larger than expected. We also enjoyed the free and fast Wifi and the secure parking.
The only minor downside was the air conditioning.

This hidden gem is conveniently located near the highway, making it easy to reach. the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent service and making us feel welcome. the rooms are well-appointed, clean, and quiet. the food served in the room is delicious and a great value. Free wifi and private parking are also provided.
The breakfast included with the stay could be more substantial.

Great staff, helpful and friendly. Convenient location near Lake Como. Comfortable room with delicious room service. Great value for well-resourced room. Superb English speaking staff. Secure and private parking. Big and clean room. Excellent cooked breakfast.
